All orders are securely packaged and shipped within 2-4 business days once payment is received. 

All forms of credit card payments are accepted (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). At this time, Clean Wit does not accept check or money order.

Clean Wit ships using USPS Ground Advantage. Other shipping options may be available upon request. Depending on the shipping option you choose, package will arrive to you within 3-7 business days. Feel free to stock up and save - I offer free U.S. shipping on orders $75 and more.

Local Pick-up

At this time, I do not own a retail store, but my soap can be found around town for those in the city of Portland, Oregon or who live nearby. 

Returns

Clean Wit guarantees your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase in any way, I want to make it better. Clean Wit will accept returns on unused products. Refund or an exchange will be issued as soon as the product is returned. I understand that sometimes things happen getting from point A to point B. So of course, damaged items will be replaced at no cost to you. Please contact me as soon as possible and make returns within 7 business days.
